How To purchase Land

Once a member shows interest to buy land, we usually have three options.

  • Cash Buyer: This is usually a one-off payment of the amount stipulated.
  • Installment: we give members six months’ installments to complete the amount stipulated
    which is Ks 20,000 higher than that of a cash buyer.
  • Non-Member Price- i.e. Not a Dimkes investment member; Their buying price is higher
    by Ksh 50,000.

Plot Financing.

We have partnered with Dimkes DT Sacco Ltd for financing option to our members who purchase land with us, we give 90% financing. Appraisals is done at the branch where all loan procedures are to be followed.
The title becomes your security and so until the loan is cleared one cannot receive their title deed.
